This truly works

This product really works. My hair was seriously thinning at the centre which made me cut my hair very low. I started taking this product this year and within six months (my second bottle), my hair has grown back full and thick. I highly recommend it. My nails are also strong and has grown hard as well.

GREAT PRODUCT FOR HAIR

As i stated in a review previous to this that I used pills of Biotin and supplemented with extra Biotin in liquid form for extra availability. This has other things eg folic acid and anti oxidant Selenium. The coconut oil is more of a carrier for the vitamins since they are fat soluble and helps preserve it a little on the way to avoid being burned up in digestion. If you weigh above 75kg I recommend that you take more of these and even 3 to get the best results. One pill is not enough for a grown adult but maybe a teen will be fine. I took 3 of these and observed results after a haircut and there was a difference enough to find it worth having more Biotin and eating more protein. The pills are a normal size of 1.5cm and nothing crazy here.

Bought these as have excellent Biotin level, along with other vital ingredients for hair, skin and nails and in a very good source. B12 and methyl folate along with Zinc and selenium. 3 month supply at 1 capsule a day..They represent very good value. Too early to say whether effective yet but I have no reason to think they won’t be..Will hopefully be able to update after three months …Biotin along with chromium picolate has also been proven to aid metabolism and also to lower sugar levels in diabetics. Thyroid patients will benefit from zinc and selenium and B12 needs folate to be utilised.

Recommended.

Easy to swallow capsules. They're really having a noticeable effect on my joints, my skin, hair and nails, and my overall sense of wellbeing. When considering the additional nutrients and the price per capsule, I'd still recommend them as they're a worthwhile investment in yourself.
